About the event
Some of the most useful wisdom lives just outside our own networks, in the experience of peers who run organizations like ours but who arrived by a different road.
Association Latinos invites you to a shared conversation about the future of our profession. Together with colleagues from Black Association Executives (BAE) and the AANHPI Association Community, we're gathering around one question: how do we grow stronger by learning from one another? This is a peer conversation, not a panel. You'll spend the time in real dialogue with colleagues who understand the work and bring perspectives you don't hear every day. Whatever community you call your own, if you're ready to build across difference, you belong here.
We'll focus on the questions that matter most right now:
Organizational AI Strategy: moving from experimenting with AI to building the strategy, culture, and capacity to lead with it
Mentorship that lasts: how we develop the leaders coming up behind us, and what we owe them
Leading through change: building teams and cultures that stay steady when everything keeps shifting
Guiding the conversation are three practitioners who bring depth and perspective from across our communities:
Sharon Pare | Director of Partnerships, HighRoad Solutions
Eduardo Arabu, MSPPM, CAE | CEO, National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHCC)
Jemilah Senter, AAiP | Marketing and Communications Strategist
You'll leave with sharper thinking, practical takeaways, and something that outlasts any single session: relationships across communities you can return to long after the room clears.
Who should attend
Association and nonprofit executives, senior staff, and emerging leaders from every community who want to learn across difference and help shape where our profession goes next. This room is for people ready to contribute to the conversation, not just observe it.
🎟 FREE. Seats are limited. Register early.
Presented by Association Latinos, in partnership with Black Association Executives (BAE), AANHPI Association Community. Sponsored by the Chicago Association of Realtors and HighRoad Solutions.
